Estate Planning

Each individual and family is unique. Personal and family goals, typically starts with a vision of what you would like to see in the future and to ensure your loved ones are taken care of.  We help you plan to achieve those goals by addressing both the goals and concerns you may have and to ensure that you are prepared for a wide variety of possibilities in achieving your vision.

Estate planning allows you to plan for yourself and your loved ones while addressing both current and future concerns.  It addresses the unexpected circumstances of life, what you want to happen if you suffer from a disability, and what you would like to happen upon your death. A proper estate plan will encompass many aspects of your life and Deemer Law Group is here to help you throughout the process and beyond.

Working with Deemer Law Group, PLLC

Working with Deemer Law Group starts with us learning about your current situation and where your vision is leading you.  We will learn about your business, personal and family needs.  We believe in being Counselors At Law. We do not simply advise you of the law, but the real-world impacts of your decisions and offer advice to best achieve your goals.

We discuss the various options with your individual situation and ensure that you understand your best options and why other options may not be best for your unique situation.  We explore the needs for Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Gun Trusts, Wills or the need for a Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directive.  We are also able to work with your current Financial and Accounting professionals or we are able to help introduce you to a few people that may be able to assist in achieving your vision.

Implementation of the Plan

The next phase is to implement the plans that you have chosen.  The plan we create will take into consideration everything we learned about you and your family and we will discuss options to communicate guidance to your heirs and beneficiaries.

Expectations

The final phase is to discuss expectations for implementation. Ensuring that accounts and property are properly titled and we will assist in that process as well.  As in life, nothing ever stays the same.  When your situation changes, or the laws change, the plan that has been created should be evaluated and maintained to remain current.

Estate planning is not a one-time event.  Life events need to be followed by at least a review of your estate plan.  Some examples of life events that can impact an estate plan are relocating to a new state, a birth in the family, a death in the family, or a change in marital status.

There now, there for life.

Let Deemer Law Group help you establish and manage your estate plan.  We will be available to assist in good times, in challenging times, and be a sounding board of advice for any concerns that you may have.  We go beyond traditional legal services to help clients manage their unique situation – addressing their financial, social, personal and business lives.
